So why is a sailing site hosted on NJLakeFront.com?

We originally built this site when we were developing lake front property outside of Atlantic City and proceeds from the sale of that property bought the boat. 

By then so many people had the NJLakeFront email address we couldn't get rid of it so we just went ahead and hosted the new site here.
